Well, we have the perfect place for you! KAMIKITA HOUSE!
A dorm where students from all over the world get together is opening shortly in Kamikitazawa!
The nearest stations are Kamikitazawa and Sakurajosui on the Keio Line.
Located in Suginami Ward, it’s an area with a retro feel.
It’s also easily accessible for one of the biggest and busiest areas in Tokyo - Shinjuku!
We have so many universities located near us! We have Nihon University, the Izumi campus for Meiji University, and the Komaba campus for Tokyo University.
In Setagaya Ward, there’s Komazawa University and Tokyo University of Agriculture. See? You don’t hear that very often, ESPECIALLY in Tokyo.
As you walk about 8 minutes from Kamikitazawa station…

Right now it’s quiet since we’re still doing the final prep and have no residents yet.
BUT we’re already gearing up to welcome tons of students to come live with us once we open in March 2020!
The perfect place to relax and chat with your friends is located on the first-floor lounge.
We have a multi-function copier and scanner, perfect for your school reports!
Fully-kitted out kitchens where you can cook with your friends!
We even have dishwashers, ovens, and of course, cutlery, so don’t you fret!
Here in this residence, only students can become residents, so obviously you’ll want some nice space to study.
If you really need a place to concentrate, go ahead and use our designated coworking space and study rooms!
Studying for exams… having meetings… doing homework… It’s really up to you on how you utilize these places.
Up at the top of the building, there’s a terrace where you can hang your clothes after you do laundry.
On a REAL nice day, you can even see, *drum roll* the one and only, *drum roll* MT. FUJI from the rooftop!!! Sorry, got a bit excited there. Haha
It’ll be so nice to have a BBQ or to soak up some sun here on the 4th floor terrance! *Warning* LEGITIMATE SUNBATHING IN SWIMSUITS IS NOT ALLOWED!! Just FYI.
KAMIKITA HOUSE is so close to completion.
We’re already super excited to see who’s coming to live with us!
